Labels:text | font | screenshot OCR: Much of this desert is up to 400 feet below sea level and is very hot. This desolate region features active volcanos, hot springs and large salt flats. The few people that live in the Danakil are Afar herders. South east of the Danakil is the Ogaden desert. This is the home of nomadic herders and the vegetation is a few varieties of shrub. The Didi Galgalu desert is also barren and does not support agriculture.
